Popular comedian, actor and writer Itao Itsuji directs his debut work. Taking on the lead role himself, he makes full use of his own unique, light-hearted and quirky personality. This film was also screened at the 2009 Busan International Film Festival. Set in the Showa Era, just before the start of the war, the prisoner Suzuki Masayuki (Itao) has broken out of prison twice, and even after being moved to a new prison, he repeatedly finds ingenious ways to escape--before being caught again. As the years pass by, the day approaches when his true objective will be revealed.
