[ Story ]

This is a film made by students of Graduate School of Film and New Media, Tokyo University of the Arts, where Kurosawa Kiyoshi and Kitano Takeshi serve as professors. Based on non-fiction writer Sawaki Kotaro's book of the same title, this is an omnibus film containing four segments. Former construction company employee-turned-director Kurimoto Shinsuke creates a mystery that is, at the core, a deep human drama. A habitual hoarder, Noguchi Ikuko (Muroi Shigeru) has been living in solitude, avoiding her neighbors. She is found on the verge of starving to death and a single diary found in the piles of junk starts to unfold the hidden story of her life.
