[ Story ]

This is part three of the cinematic version of a mystery comedy made to commemorate the first ten years of the TV series. A female magician and a physicist, two entirely different characters, enter a contest to determine who has the greatest psychic powers. The director, Tsutsumi Yukihiko, has been involved in both the TV series and the films, and has made them a hit with his stylish and sharp direction. A battle royale is held to select the next mayor of a town that can only be run by someone with psychic powers. Naoko (Nakama Yukie), a magician, decides to participate in the contest, with an eye on the town's treasures, but so does the physicist Ueda (Abe Hiroshi) who is trying to stop the town from pursuing its foolish ways.
