[ Story ]
A documentary tracing the lives of atomic bomb survivors living in North Korea, with a focus on women who were exposed to radiation through the bombing in Hiroshima and currently live in North Korea. Director Itoh Takashi, a veteran photo journalist, shoots the film himself, daring to bring cameras into highly restricted locations. Lee Kye-son, who lives in Pyongyang, is suffering from poor health. Her mother in Japan notifies her that she was exposed to radiation in Hiroshima as a child, prompting her to apply for an Atomic Bomb Survivor's Certificate. However, an unforeseen event occurs with the worsening of the Japan-North Korea relationship.
