This is the third in the series of film adaptations of the TV anime about the competitive card game from the U.S., with the original story created by Matsumoto Shigenobu. A passionate young competitor duels a formidable foe to save the creature world. The film is directed by Hattori Keita, who directed the previous two works. Shobu (voice: Kobayashi Yumiko) notices that the fire civilization is coming under attack from the dark civilization and heads to the scene with his partner Rekuta (voice: Imai Yuka). However, the trump card of the fire civilization, Bakuryu Storm XX is suffering from a lack of confidence. Furthermore, Reppi Aini, a firebird close to Storm XX, is abducted by the enemy, together with Rekuta.
