First 3DCG animation film based on the popular TV anime series "Crayon Shinchan". Shirogumi, the team behind Stand By Me Doraemon, handles the 3DCG and "Moteki" series director One Hitoshi helms his first animation film.
Black and white light showers down on earth one night. The white light hits Shinnosuke (Kobayashi Yumiko) and gives him mysterious telekinetic powers. Meanwhile, the black light gives Hiriya Mitsuru (Matsuzaka Tori) psychic powers and he schemes to destroy the world.
