This documentary captures the efforts of the medical students working for NGO GRAPHIS over a three-year period from 2007. The film takes a different look at the volunteer work being done overseas by students. This work marks the debut of director Satoda Tsuyoshi, the founder of the video production company Media for You. Ishimatsu Hiroaki is a medical student who usually devotes his time to partying, but he has resolved to build an elementary school in Cambodia. He and his colleagues desperately save up the 1.5 million yen needed to finish the construction work, but on going to the school and seeing the shortage of medical staff, they decide they are now going to build a hospital.
