Gag-filled police action movie by Flash animation creator FROGMAN, who handles pretty much the entire production on his own, including direction, scriptwriting, character design and voice acting. Free screenings were made possible by Toyota Motor Corporation. Koizumi Donichiro (voiced by FROGMAN) sees his career heading nowhere fast with his appointment to head the police hybrid division, newly created in 201X due to central government budget cuts. Then, a Cabinet minister?s daughter gets kidnapped, and Koizumi unfolds his wacky plan.
