This drama takes a penetrating look at social issues facing contemporary Japan as well as other developed countries. This film is by former TV director Kobayashi Katsuto and Kobayashi Kenji, who hails from the theater group Haiyuza. The two brothers directed this work as their feature-length debut. Takeda Shunsuke (Ogaki Tomoya) works in the citizen's section at city hall.
