The second film in a series featuring children's favorite trains. Animated characters present footage of bullet trains from all over Japan in action, as well as production lines, maintenance, preservation and more, and also pose quiz questions. The newly introduced Kyushu bullet train and the Tohoku E5 series bullet train also make appearances. Our guides are the corny joke-loving Dr. Tsudo (voice: Nagafuchi Yukitoshi), a young boy named Kenta (voice: Tokunaga Reiko) who dreams of becoming a train driver, and his younger sister Sacchan (Nonaka Ai). They introduce bullet trains from around Japan, including the state-of-the-art energy-saving technology used in N700 series bullet trains.
