The conclusion to the story begun in the animated science fiction film {Macross Frontier The Movie: The False Songstress}. Taking place three months after the events of that film, it is packed full the Macross series' customary songs, battle scenes, and romantic drama. As the battle between the fleet of colonial spacecraft known as Macross Frontier and their sworn enemy the Vajra continues, singers Sheryl (voice: Endo Aya) and Ranka (voice: Nakajima Megumi) and budding pilot Alto (voice: Nakamura Yuichi) are caught in a love triangle.
