Film adaptation of the popular comic that depicts the youth of a motorcycle gang in Hiroshima. Director Kubota Takashi is a Hiroshima native, just like the comic book author, and shoots on location. The up-and-coming young cast unfurl physical fight scenes. Former delinquent Nomura Yutaka (Miura Takahiro) was involved in a murder in Osaka, and returns to his home turf. Ishimoto (Hosoda Yoshihiko) of the "Crazy Coalition" pulls him in, and embarks on attacks using underhanded methods against the three groups that lord over the world of delinquents.
