[ Story ]
A fierce battle unfolds between children with special powers and a hostile secret organization in this second chapter of a six-part sci-fi action series. It became the posthumous work of director Iida Umanosuke, known for the original video animation {Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team}. A mysterious series of murders sends shockwaves throughout society. Quon (voice: Kamiya Hiroshi), one of the so-called "Attractor" children who possess supernatural powers, believes that someone similarly gifted is behind the murders. He investigates a flower pattern found near the murder sites, and draws closer to a shocking revelation.
