[ Story ]
A fierce battle unfolds between children with special powers and a hostile secret organization in this first chapter of a six-part sci-fi action series. It became the posthumous work of director Iida Umanosuke, known for the original video animation {Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team}. In Tokyo in the near future, there are special children known as "Attractors." They are regarded as dangerous because they cannot control their own superhuman powers, and are hunted by a cyborg army. Amid the chaos, the Attractors unite around a boy named Quon (voice: Kamiya Hiroshi).
