The first feature-length film in the "Blood" series that has gained attention in Japan and abroad for the inspired visual motif of its protagonist, a young girl clad in school uniform who wields a Japanese sword. Popular all-female comic artist group CLAMP and top-notch animation studio Production I.G have joined forces to create a unique world, featuring live action-quality backgrounds and mind-blowing action sequences. Winner of the L'Ecran Fantastique Prize at the Fantasia Film Festival. Saya (voice: Mizuki Nana) arrives in Tokyo to take revenge against Nanahara Fumito (voice: Nojima Kenji), and meets members of internet-based organization Sirrut. They vow to expose Nanahara's evil deeds together, but a deadly trap awaits them...
