This is the concluding chapter in the story of the two rookie Inspectors depicted in "Psycho-Pass 3", the third season of the "Psycho-Pass" anime television series which began airing in 2012.
In the near future, a massive computer network named Sibyl System maintains civil order by measuring people's souls. Shindo Arata (voice: Kaji Yuki) and Kei Mikhail Ignatov (voice: Nakamura Yuichi) pursue the truth in an ever changing world. Their struggles will at long last lead them to their objective.
