This documentary film from Iwai Shunji, a director with an international following, was an official selection of the 62nd Berlin International Film Festival's Forum section. The accident at the Fukushima No.1 nuclear power plant was yet another tragedy brought on by the Great East Japan Earthquake. Iwai, a native of Sendai City in Miyagi Prefecture, exchanges unfiltered opinions and engages in discussion about Japan following the disaster with actors who have declared themselves to be anti-nuclear power, a former designer of containment vessels for nuclear reactors, journalists, and friends he reunites with for the first time in years.
