Sequel to the CG anime movie Resident Evil: Degeneration, based on the globally popular Japanese videogame. Tells the story of an Eastern European civil war escalated by bio-organic weapons, centered around Leon, a character who has a passionate fan base.
Bio-organic weapons (B.O.W.) are deployed in combat in a small Eastern European nation. Leon, an agent who reports directly to the U.S. President, tries to ascertain the situation on the ground.
