An extraordinary film that presents the realities of life for disabled people in the form of a crime comedy. An unexpected turn of events leads a man with Down syndrome and his developmentally disabled younger brother to dabble in theft. {Koisuru Madori/ Tokyo Serendipity} producer Oshida Kosuke directs, and his actual younger brothers play the two protagonists.
After Hiroshi (Oshida Hiroshi) is tricked by a con-artist, he misinterprets Article 39 of the Japanese Criminal Code ("The insane will not be punished") as an excuse for committing crimes. Accompanied by his Down syndrome-afflicted older brother Kiyotaka (Oshida Kiyotaka) and childhood friend Kazuyo (Yamada Kinuo), he sets off on a larcenous journey.
