[ Story ]
Director Togashi Shin, whose Ano sora wo oboeteru won the Grand Prix at the 2008 Kinotayo Film Festival in France, helms this short drama about familial bonds set in his home prefecture of Yamagata. Most of its cast, including lead actress Saito Emi, are either Yamagata natives or residents.
Fujisaki Nanae (Saito) went through the divorce of her parents when she was little, and now lives with her father Tetsuichi (Sakuma Toshihiko). She feels fed up with her dull existence, and then one day her mother Yuki (Sugawara Hiromi), who was asked by Tetsuichi to co-sign on a loan, reappears in her life after a long absence.
