First theatrically released film by director Nishio Hiroshi, whose indie film National Anthem earned praise from the likes of Kurosawa Kiyoshi. Depicts a peculiar mishmash of humanity in Osaka based on a short comic by manga artist Robin Nishi, whose comic book "Mind Game" was turned into an anime film.
Recently retired Amamoto (Hirata Mitsuru) heads for Osaka to meet his daughter Yuki (Sayoko), who is in college. Along the way he glimpses Osaka's scary side, and completely wilts. Then, he witnesses an unknown aspect of Yuki.
