[ Story ]

A feature film adaptation of the straight-to-video movie {Hiromi-kun! Zenkoku Sobancho e no Michi}, in which an extremely mature-looking high schooler played by Takeuchi Riki gets involved in numerous brawls in order to become the toughest juvenile delinquent in Japan. Its director is Miyasaka Takeshi, a frequent collaborator with Takeuchi on works such as the {Gokudo Ryuji} series.
In accordance with his grandfather's dying wish, sixteen-year-old high schooler Shiratori Hiromi (Takeuchi) has embarked on an ongoing journey to become Japan's number-one teenage thug. One day, his beloved younger sister Aiko (Kanna) is kidnapped. In order to rescue her, Hiromi throws down against all-comers.
