Work from the short film omnibus project Father, which heartwarmingly depicts parent-child relationships, and was produced through crowdfunding from individuals and corporations. Directed by Tsukinoki Takashi, who was mentored by Imamura Shohei and is known for I am Nippon-jin.
Pottery company president Maeda Shigeru (Hanagamae Koichi) raised three children, Sachi (Masaki Sawa), Kazuteru (Hinokio Kenta), and Nobuyuki (Aoyagi Takaya). Shigeru has toiled in silence for his family, but one day he suddenly loses his ability to see.
