[ Story ]
Documentary about the 2004 incident in which Japanese people were taken hostage. Conveys the raw reality of Fallujah, Iraq and problems facing Japanese society through the present-day lives of former hostages Imai Noriaki and Takato Nahoko.
In the midst of the Iraq War, local armed insurgents took three Japanese people hostage to demand the withdrawal of Japan's Self-Defense Forces. The three hostages were accused of being irresponsible, and came under harsh criticism in Japan. The camera follows Takato and Imai roughly ten years later.
