36th film in the "Youth H" series about adolescence and love, created by cutting-edge filmmakers on a shoestring budget. Depicts a female chef fighting for a bowl of ramen, set in the near future. Direction and screenplay by Koizumi Tsuyoshi of In Love with Bento Boy.
Set in the year 20XX, in Japan. People's lives are oppressed by "ramen terror politics" from a group known as the Tiger's Hole. A drifter chef named Ryuko (Ayana Rei) shows up and declares a fight with her ramen-making gear and skills.
