Director Yoshida Ryoko delivers her third commercial film with this adaptation of the same-named novel by popular author Himeno Kaoruko. The result is a rakish romance complete with laughs and nudity. Iwasa Mayuko passionately portrays the heroine who is at the mercy of a human faced-growth that suddenly appears in her genitals. Francesco (Iwasa) was raised in a convent, and is distressed over not knowing a thing about about love or sex. One day, a growth with a human face appears in her crotch, and assaults her verbally. The event marks the beginning of a peculiar coexistence with the face that she nicknames "Mr. Koga."
