[ Story ]
An experimental short film that documents an installation by architect Suzuki Ryoji at The National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo in 2010. It was directed by the exceptionally talented Shichiri Kei, who has developed a cult following in Japan with feature-length works such as Before the Day Breaks and Nonki na Neesan.
Shichiri adopts a unique structure, in which a section of darkness precedes footage of the exhibited works in equal duration. The indefinable silhouettes that occasionally appear within the darkness are delicate expressions that can only be detected at film screenings.
