[ Story ]
The theatrically-released debut of director Sato Yoshinori, a graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts who has continued to make independent films while working as a television director. Screened at the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival in 2013, where it was praised for its multi-layered depiction of a family's struggles and its unpredictable story developments.
Masashi (Takemori Yunosuke) has successfully gained entrance to a preparatory school, in accordance with his parents' wishes. One day, his girlfriend and classmate tells him that she is pregnant, and he makes up his mind to raise the child, but cannot bring himself to tell his father (Moro Morooka).
