The first-ever 3D CG movie in the nationally popular animated film and television series "Doraemon." It reconstructs Fujiko F Fujio's original manga, and depicts the relationship between a robot from the future and an awkward elementary school boy. Its directors are Yagi Ryuichi and Yamazaki Takashi, who also teamed together on Friends: Naki on the Monster Island.
Nobita (voice: Ohara Megumi), a boy with no aptitude for scholastics or sports, is visited by Doraemon (voice: Mizuta Wasabi), a robot from the 22nd century in the form of a cat. He has been sent to Nobita's time on a mission to help him stand on his own two feet, and immediately begins to offer verbal encouragement. However...
