The first feature film by Sasaki Shoichiro, who has won numerous awards for his direction of NHK television dramas. Through the travel in Japan of a Korean woman who loves Mozart, it depicts present anxiety and past wars, as well as the human ability to dream and the power of music.
Minyoung (Min-young), a university student in Seoul, visits Japan as she is captivated by a photo, belonging to her deceased grandmother, of a Japanese family. As if guided by music, she meets various people, goes into the past and lives the hardship of wartime...
