Film about the youth of Kawamoto Eitoku, the comedian who was hailed as a genius but died unexpectedly at age 25, directed by his former stand-up comedy partner Takayama Tomohiro. Kawamoto is played by Cho Tamiyasu, who portrayed Matsumoto Hitoshi in the play "Yoshimoto 100-year Tale."
Kawamoto (Cho) and Takayama (Namioka Kazuki) of the stand-up comedy duo Bay Blues are grads of Yoshimoto's New Star Creation school, and have bright prospects after sweeping the new artist awards.
