[ Story ]
A drama based on Igarashi Daisuke's manga. A young woman returns to a mountain village in the Tohoku region from the city, and embarks on a simple self-sufficient lifestyle. It is the latter half of a two-part story comprised of episodes set in different season, and presents a lyrical depiction of the protagonist's winter and spring.
Ichiko (Hashimoto Ai) has trouble adapting to urban life, so she returns to her hometown and becomes a farmer. Her diet consists not only of the crops she grows but also nuts and wild plants, and she takes time to quietly contemplate herself. Then she receives a letter from her mother, who went missing five years earlier.
