Fantasy adaptation of the nonfiction work "Fu Fu Cancer Diary," which was based on a blog about a couple grappling with illness. Nagasaku Hiromi plays the cheerful and big-hearted wife, and Sasaki Kuranosuke gives a lively portrayal of the wishy-washy husband who gets pep talks from his wife who is supposed to be dead.
A husband (Sasaki) and wife (Nagasaku) finally tie the knot after 17 years of friendship. Immediately afterward, the wife finds out she is pregnant and has cancer, and dies soon after giving birth. She is supposed to be dead, but one day she appears before her husband, who is overwhelmed with grief.
