Second feature film adaptation of the popular TV drama "HERO" about an unor thodox prosecutor who tackles tough cases, played by SMAP member Kimura Takuya. The protagonists confront extraterritoriality rights during the investigation of an incident that happened near an embassy.
A female escort attending a party dies on the street in a traffic accident near the Neustrian Embassy. Prosecutor Kuriu (Kimura) and administrator Asagi (Kitagawa Keiko) from the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office Josai Branch are in charge of the investigation, and they think the embassy might be involved in the incident…
