Documentary capturing the lifestyle of people living on the Kyodo Gakusha Maki Farm in Nagano Prefecture. Directed by Motohashi Seiichi, who won the Don Quixote Special Mention and Reader Jury Award at the Berliner Zeitung at the 52nd Berlin International Film Festival for Alexei and the Spring.
The Kyodo Gakusha Maki Farm is nestled in Otari Village, Nagano Prefecture. The school was created as a "place for learning where people work together" in order to consider the fundamental meaning of life, and all of the residents live meticulously while respecting each other's capabilities.
