Action film starring young male actors in spades, based on Takadono Madoka' s suspense novel "Messiah keibikyoku tokubetsu koan gogakari." Portrays the activities of elite spies bound by absolute ties in a police department transformed into a secret organization.
In response to the shift of international combat from weapons to cyber warfare, Japan sets up a special agency called the Church. The spies cultivated by the organization are called "Sakura," and for their final exam they go to battle with a "Messiah" partner as their sole ally.
