Fujii Michihito, director of Oh! Father, uses his own filmmaking experiences as a basis for this coming-of-age film portraying the trials and conflicts of youths chasing a dream.
Independent film director Sawada is eager to make a film with his university classmate Sanagawa. After Sawada hits it off with members of a theatre troupe at a pub and they agree to appear in the film, Sawada writes a script about a group of seven crooks. And so the film "7s" begins production, but gradually dark clouds begin to hover over the set...
