Documentary about Onagawa Town in Miyagi Prefecture as it recovers from the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami. Depicts the young people who lead the recovery and the bonds between the town and Qatar, which gave aid immediately following the disaster. Narrated by actor Nakai Kiichi of Snow on the Blades.
The Tohoku earthquake and tsunami decimated Miyage Prefecture's Onagawa Town, which is famous for ocean-fresh mackerel. Qatar in the Middle East gave aid to the town and young leaders worked tirelessly, resulting in Onagawa being known as the frontrunner of the recovery effort.
