Complete feature film version of the original animation produced to commemorate animation production company Nippon Animation's 40th anniversary. Stand by me Doraemon's Shirogumi handled the animation production with character design and chief animation direction by Sato Yoshiharu of My Neighbor Totoro.
Sinbad (voice: Muranaka Tomo) is a boy who dreams of becoming a sailor and heads out to sea with Sana (voice: Tanabe Momoko), the princess of a sorcerer clan. They are met with astounding adventures and are relentlessly pursued by Galip (voice: Ishida Akira), their mysterious adversary.
