Film adaptation of Naoki Prize-winning author Koike Mariko's novel that drew inspiration from the artwork "True Stories" by the French contemporary artist Sophie Calle. Cutting-edge director Kishi Yoshiyuki's NHK drama "Radio" won the Gold Plaque for Feature Length Telefilm at the Chicago International Film Festival Television Awards in 2014.
Philosophy graduate student Tamaki (Kadowaki Mugi) decides she wants to try "philosophical surveillance" as proposed by Sophie Calle and begins trailing a man in her neighborhood. Tamaki soon witnesses the man having an affair and becomes obsessed with the act of surveillance.
