[ Story ]

Visual effects movie featuring battles between a giant monster and professional wrestler Ibushi Kota, who makes his film debut. Director Kawasaki Minoru is known for The World Sinks Except Japan and Outer Man.
A giant monster shows up in Tokyo and tramples the city and immobilizes the Self-Defense Forces' weapons with powerful electromagnetic waves. The helpless Ministry of Defense asks top bio researcher Dr. Saigo (Manatsu Ryu) for help. He injects athlete Nitta (Saito Shusuke) with the master cell Setappu X, transforming him into a 40-meter tall giant (Ibushi) to fight the monster.
