[ Story ]

Drama about family ties set in the Hokuriku region in northwestern Japan. The flowing Pachelbel's Canon embellishes the film as the music that connects three sisters with their mother.
Yukari (Mimura), Ai (Higa Manami) and Akane (Sasaki Nozomi) are three sisters who grew up in a family that ran an upscale Japanese restaurant in Kanazawa, and they now live on their own as adults. The grandmother who raised them dies suddenly. The three sisters see each other for the first time in ages at the funeral in Kanazawa. Their grandmother's will reveals that the mother they'd believed to be dead is in fact alive. The three sisters bear their emotional wounds and embark on a journey to find out the truth about their mother and her past.
