[ Story ]
A road movie depicting the strange journey of two men connected to a woman who died. Kobayashi Masahiro wrote and directed the film which screened in the Un Certain Regard section of the 52nd Cannes Film Festival.
Tatsuo (Emoto Akira), a yakuza about to loose his job, and Seiji (Shiina Kippei), a policeman, are good friends. Together they travel in a car headed to the funeral for Ayako (Tamaki) who was Seiji's wife and Tatsuo's lover. They enjoy sharing memories of Ayako, but as they reminisce on those days more and more, the two get in to a quarrel.
