A dramatic short film depicting the efforts of a wife diagnosed with a terminal illness and her husband to find the mythical snake known as the Tsuchinoko. The director, Kurata Kenji, who is also a novelist and commercial director, won the Sundance/NHK International Filmmakers Grand Prix for Speed Girl.
A husband says to his wife who has been diagnosed with terminal cancer, "Tell me anything you want to do." She tells him, "Well, let's go search for the Tsuchinoko." Accepting her request, the husband and his wife set out to search for the mythical snake.
