Thirteenth work in the GEKI X CINE series, which screens works by the popular theater group Gekidan Shinkansen known for furious on-stage combat and flashy concert-style direction. Shinkansen troupe regular Amami Yuki plays a protagonist at the mercy of her era.
Soma (Amami Yuki) meets Masakado Kojiro (Matsuyama Kenichi), who saved her from a samurai ambush in Kyoto, and becomes his wife. They are engulfed by the events of their era when pirate Iyo no Sumitomo (Awane Makoto) proposes that Kojiro establish a new government.
