While on a vacation, Dr. Negishi, is called upon to treat a young boy for a bad cut. He arranges for a blood transfusion but several months later notices that the child has contracted venereal disease, apparently from the transfusion. He rechecks the donor and is surprised to find that it is Chieko, daughter of a fine family, the last he would have suspected.
But he discovers that, though still a virgin, Chieko also likes girls, particularly Kumi, a young student of a dressmaking school. Sure enough, her test also is positive, and so Dr. Negishi begins testing all the girls. They are all positive.
After checking and rechecking, Dr. Negishi discovers that among all of these syphilitic virgins there is one girl who is promiscuous. It was a girl who contracted the disease from a boy. The other girls got it innocently enough by borrowing and using her mouth spray. Chieko got it by kissing Kumi.
The case concluded Dr. Negishi sets about to cure all the girls and do his bit for public health.
