[ Story ]
Tetsuko (Eiko Yanami), a high school student, one day, forces Tsuneo, (Kei Wakakura), the brightest boy in her school, to make love to her after school is out and they are caught by the old school janitor. Tsuneo's mother, orders Tetsuko to pay for what she did to her son but Tetsuko blackmails her instead, saying that she is ready to inform a news company of what has happened to Tsuneo and receives one million yen hush money.
Expelled from school, she comes to Tokyo, intending to take a round-the-world trip. But Sankichi (Yoshihiko Aoyama), a jack-of-all-trades, cheats her. So, she makes up her mind to catch him and get back her money.
Masa (Shin Minatsu), tries to hook her. Tetsuko instantly knows he is a pimp but without a penny to call her own, she decides to latch on to him in order to get along. She makes him treat her, buy her dresses, and drinks a lot at his expense. And before she is cornered, she makes Sakashita (Junzaburo Ban), a good-natured police officer, her guarantor, so Masa finds himself at his wit's end.
Through the policeman she finds Sankichi's hide-out and raids the place, but the narrowly escapes and there is only Kaino, a man out of employment, with a lot of pep-up drinks he has received as retirement allowances when his former company became bankrupt. So Tetsuko makes a fortune selling the drinks with her own nude pictures pasted on them.
Omatsu (Reiko Kasahara), another boss of a hippie group, seizes every chance to challenge Tetsuko but she is no match for her. Omatsu even uses Sankichi to kill Tetsuko.
Tetsuko makes up her mind to wipe out Omatsu's group for once and for all. Soon, Tetsuko and Omatsu are seen hanging down from a railway bridge with a raging river beneath them…
