[ Story ]
When Nanjo (Takahashi Hideki), a young and handsome teacher, comes to a private girls' school, Tomoe becomes angry and argues with him, but the other girls mistakenly believe she has a crush on him, and become jealous.
When Nanjo goes on his summer vacation to Tokyo, he meets a woman teacher of the same school, and is surprised by Tomoe who thinks he is in love with the teacher.
Rumors fly when school reopens in the autumn and say that Tomoe and Nanjo had secretly married and spent their honeymoon together in Tokyo. Despite this his popularity grows, causing jealousy among some of the teachers.
Tomoe suffers an accident and almost dies. During her absence from school, Nanjo suddenly realizes that he is in love with her, and then is surprised to find her up and about.
Rumors fly again, and Nanjo decides it is better to leave the school and return to Tokyo, leaving with the thought that a separation will allow both Tomoe and himself to sort out their feelings and discover if they are really in love with each other.
