A coming-of-age drama based on actual events at a private boarding school teaching windsurfing in Mihama Town, Aichi Prefecture. Although the film was completed in 1983, its release was canceled after the arrest of the school's principal Totsuka Hiroshi, but it finally screened in theaters in 2011. Totsuka Yacht School became famous as a reformatory institution for juvenile delinquents and truants, and children who were beyond the control of their schools and families were sent there from around the country. Totsuka (Ito Shiro) attempts to re-educate these children with his own unique brand of spartan training.
