The Filthy Seven - Kido, Katayama, Henmi, Serizawa, Tetsu, Naojiro, Joe -- get together again after being sprung from jail and their first job is to rob a big gang boss, Oguro, when he picks up the enormous sum he plans to rob from the local horse-racing track.
Hemmi, pretending to be a foreigner, visits Oguro and asks him to promote an ice show, but requests a certain sum as guarantee. Kido secretly films the victims, then finds out their secrets by lip-reading the results. On the day of the pickup there is police protection but the gang fools the cops into escorting the wrong car while they attack the real one. Then, the filthy seven intercept. When they open the trunk, however, there is no money. Oguro has fooled them.
Undeterred, Hemmi again visits Oguro, pretends to be ill and asks for his doctors. These turn out to be Katayama, Tetsu, and Naojiro. Inside the medical machine they bring to help Hemmi recover is Kido, boring through the back of the safe in Oguro's office.
Another plot is afoot, however. One of Oguro's henchman has also decided to steal the money. And he succeeds where the seven failed. Now desperate, the seven run after the loot but just then the cops arrive and so back to jail they go.
